Hi, I’m Amir. I work in the space where brand, product, and marketing meet—using human-centred design to bring purpose, experience, and value together for everyone who interacts with a product or service. I enjoy guiding teams in the creation of high-quality work across screen, print, physical products and environments, and I believe experience design should support people in positive lifestyle and behaviour change. Every meaningful design challenge starts with a clear idea of how something can be improved, and the best ideas are authentic, inspiring, and genuinely useful.
For more than 20 years, I’ve sought out diverse companies, industries, and teams as a way to expand my skills and perspective. I began my career as a visual designer and evolved into roles as a creative director, product leader, and transformation thinker. My growth has come from stepping into unfamiliar spaces—building teams from scratch, working across continents, shaping product strategy, designing end-to-end experiences, and helping organisations express their story across multiple touchpoints. Each step has added a new layer to how I approach design and leadership.
Exposure to different organisations and challenges has strengthened my ability to create connected brand, product, and customer experiences that deliver real value and I’ve been fortunate to work alongside many talented and creative people along the way.
Brands I have designed for include: City of London Police, Sky, British Airways, Proteus, BT, Barclays Wealth, Fortnum & Mason, Philips, Dunlop, Specsavers and the Red Cross.
Agencies I have collaborated with include: Radley Yeldar, Dare, Iris, Geometry, Imagination, forpeople , Intro, Addison and Possible.
I currently lead the global design practice at Concentrix a technology-driven customer experience company.
